Patrick Mitchell Trains Educators on the Island of Saipan as the guest of the  Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands Public School System.  The Down To Earth Dad also provided a Family Storytelling Night for families speaking 13 native languages.
The Down To Earth Dad wears the traditional palm frond headdress given to him on the Island of Saipan after a male-involvement training he conducted for Northern Mariana Islands Public School System teachers.  Patrick also provided his “Family Storytelling Night” for several dozen families speaking 13 native languages.

Patrick Mitchell is a nationally and internationally recognized speaker and trainer providing keynote addresses, workshops, in-service and pre-service trainings, specialty presentations, and consulting and coaching services to educators, parents, programs, organizations, policy-makers and practitioners.

The Down To Earth Dad has appeared on national television, and his message inspires, informs, and entertains audiences, and he empowers participants to empower parents to build strong bonds with their kids. 

The Child Care Bureau in Washington, D.C., the U.S. Head Start Bureau, and countless schools and child-and-family-serving programs and organizations have invited Patrick  to keynote and present at major national, regional, and state-level and local conferences. 

Patrick writes a column for Children’s Voice magazine published by the Child Welfare League of America in Washington, DC, and he is a father and stepfather in a family of six.  He lives with his family in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
